3 Aug 2004 - New DDL Customer Support Web Site

We have moved all support issues over to our new Drivers Daily Log (DDL) Customer Support Web Site, so that in the coming months we can add Web driven pages. Currently the following areas  are up and working.

        New Message Board - Please come join and post your questions, concerns, bug reports, suggestions for improving DDL.  We hope you will find it easier to see new posts, reply to threads, and start your own topic. 

Please remember this is not a site to bash the government, nor companies, but a way to communicate with other's. 

        New 2005 Example Log's are now on this support site.

        USA2004 Hours of Service Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) are now on this support  site.

        Drivers Daily Log On-Line Help file, (under construction).  Some items are ready and more will be added weekly.  This new help will allow you to read and see screen shots, and print and save topics you're needing help on. It is interactive, just click on a screen shot for the topic you need.  Example:  You're needing help on Backing up your DDL data. Simply click on DDL On-Line Help System from the left side, then click on FILE, then click on Backup/Restore to see how to backup.  Still having problems? Then post a message on the Message board under the "How do I.. forum.

        USA 2004 Hours of Service Information Help Area -- An area has been created with information concerning the New USA Hours of Service. i.e. 11/14/70 hour rule, sleeper, FAQ's Quiz's, Test, and Examples log can be found in this area.
