Future Plans:
I am getting requests for more features to be added to the
program, and some more interest in running the Drivers Daily Log on hand
held, palm top, and sub-notebook computers. There is also increased
interest in the technical details of the DDL. I also get inquiries from
potential trucking software programmers.
The DDL program has been 'out' for more than 7+ years now, and
I estimate that about 120000+ drivers, inspectors, state
police, small truck companies, and log auditors are using the software in their
work. As a result I get email quite regularly extolling the virtues of the
software (thank you), and in some cases they include a wish list of features
they would like to see in upcoming versions. I maintain a list and as the demand
for a particular feature increases, or I see a feature that I would like to add,
then it gets implemented as quickly as I can manage
