Features (more are added weekly) Track the following items with the Full version: Hours of Service rules for the USA and Canada over 36 different rules to choose from. Use of real time on the fly, between USA and Canada Grid markers and Red color in the grid to alert driver he/she is in violation. Remark section will contain the violation that occurred and the time in violation. (Special Note: You can only be in violation of any HOS rules if you are driving.) (loaded/empty/deadhead/bobtail/personal/fuel/state miles, expense, revenue) Drivers can use this in many ways. Track Routed Miles vs Paid Miles Expense records. (track and record a scan image of the receipt right into DDL or where ever you like). No more paper receipts needed. (IRS approved receipts) Fixed Expense records. (track fixed or reoccurring expense from your settlements more easy) you decide the time frame, from 1 day to weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, you choose the dates) (Can be exported in qif format to Quicken) User can create the own expense records, or use DDL list, user can edit and change as needed Revenue records. (track your revenue per trip. user sets up accounts, or use DDL list, user can edit and change as needed) Data can be exported in qif format to Quicken Expense/Revenue records. This creates a Log that they can scanned into their Logging Auditing Software, no need to re-write the log every night. Best of all a user can use as little or as much as they like. (the more that is used, the better the reports). Start at anytime. DDL uses very little space, approx 50-85 kb per month, excluding receipts that are scanned. Track all this with over 87 different reports, more coming on line monthly. Track by what you want, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Semi-Annual, Yearly. Find a Bug, We fix within a few hours in 99% of the time, and update the software, so you can download and install, most times within the same day, no more waiting for months or a year for a new version or update to come out. This does not include something not working as you want or need. A bug is consider: Causing any crash, wrong math, not saving data, wrong data, no data. Users need to read the help and web sites and should know basic computer skills, and Windows operating systems. You will need to do a good backups, we recommend daily, onto an external device.
