Question: When I try and Install Drivers Daily Log Software, it comes up with "Unknown Publisher" Is DDL certified?

Answer: Yes, we have been certified by "Ascertia" You will need to Install the Ascertia Root Certificate in the Root Certificate Store on your Machine, this is for advance computer users and is a two (2) step process.

Step 1. Download the Ascertia Root Certificate please click here.  On Microsoft® browsers, simply select "open" the file and then select "Open" again Click on  "Install Certificate". Click "Next", Click on "Next" again, Click on "Finish". You should now see a dialog telling you "The import was successful" Click "OK" to close this window. This will automatically save the certificate in your trusted certificate store.
 

Step #2.  Click on "Start" In Vista type in mmc in the start search box, Press the "Enter" key.
1. Click on "Continue" -- "Open" File menu --  Click on "Add/Remove Snap In..."
2. Click on "Certificate" from the list -- Select the "Computer Account" radio button --  Click "Next", Click on "Certificate" from the list -- Select the "My User Account" radio button --  Click "Finish"
3.  In Windows XP Press the "Run" and then type in mmc, Press the "Enter" key. For XP users Click on "Add Button" when dialog appears. Select "Certificates" from list in "Add Standalone Snap-ins" and "Add" button. Select the "Computer Account" radio button --  Click "Next", Click on "Certificate" from the list -- Select the "My User Account" radio button --  Click "Finish",
 

Now under Console Root you should see: (Console1)

That it, Now you can download and Install Drivers Daily Log and under "Publisher" Fritz Bjorklund  should appear.
