CONTACTING US BY EMAIL "READ THIS FIRST'

We can be contacted by E-Mail at  frbjorklund@driversdailylog.com, or  nick@ddlsoftware.com, or

bruce@driversdailylog.com

(Click here for a list of email servers that block, filter or delete Drivers Daily Log (DDL email)

When e-mailing please send the following information to speed a response:

1. Locate the Version number on the Title Bar (Top) i.e. 3.3.0.2   You can also located the version number by clicking on the "ABOUT DDL ICON"    Note: If you're not running the latest version then check the download page and download, and install the update. Also check the version history to see if the problem has been corrected. (this will usually correct the problem).

2. If #1 failed then we will need a copy of your Driving folder (Not the DDL folder). Send it as an attachment in an email. In the body of the email, we will need the dates in question, and what it is doing, or not doing, correctly.  This will help speed the process. Do not just send one day. (We must have the entire Driving folder to check settings)

3. We will need a  valid E-Mail address to respond back to. If you don't hear from us within a few days check your email filters and junk mail settings in all programs. There is a safe list or you can add us to a "always accept email type list". Just add frbjorklund@driversdailylog.com  and bruce@driversdailylog.com to this. Always add 'DDL" and your CustomerID/DDL#  i.e.'12036' in the Subject line of the email to avoid being 'dumped' as email Spam.  We can not respond if we are blocked.

Registered users of DDL can contact us by email by clicking on one of the links below. frbjorklund@driversdailylog.com  or bruce@driversdailylog.com (this will open your email and fill in the subject for you). If you email by using a different way read the following:  Because of increasing 'Spam' email traffic, it is becoming very important to place 'DDL' and your CustomerID/DDL#/DDL# 'i.e. 12036' in the subject of any email that you expect us to read regarding DDL.
