How can you make sure

If you are using one of the following internet providers click on it
for instructions. If you do not see your internet provider, then contact
them and ask them how to add an email address so it will not be
filter, trashed or junked.
AOL
In a message you
are viewing, click the "Add to Address Book" button on the right side of
the screen. Then, click the "Save" button on the pop-up screen that
appears. Or, send a reply to our e-mail message and we will
automatically be added to your "People I Know" section.

In a message you
are viewing, click the "Save Address" link. The Quick name, First Name,
and Last Name fields should be automatically filled in. Click "OK" to
save the address in your address book.

In a message you
are viewing or replying to, right-click the sender's name. Then, click
"Add to Contacts."

In a message you
are viewing or replying to, right-click the sender's name. Then, click
"Add to Address Book."
In the message
list of your Inbox or other mail folder, right-click a message, and then
click "Add Sender to Address Book."

In a message you
are viewing, click the "Add to Address Book" link (next to the "From"
address). The Name and E-Mail fields should be automatically filled in.
Click the "Add to Address Book" button to complete the process.
