Use this Request to receive a New or Reactivation Code, a 30 days Trial of DDL. It can also be used to request a 15 days extension on a trial period. In order to receive any ActivationCode you will need to have the latest version of DDL installed. Please follow the the 3 steps below. Step 1. -- Download the latest version of DDL from the download page. This must be done (Return here and go to Step 2. In other words if you have not downloaded and installed TODAY!. then you need to download and install the latest DDL. 50 days ago is not the latest software. Step 2. -- Download and install any Print Module if needed. Step 3. -- Click on the orange button/blue link below. READ THIS BEFORE YOU CLICK! You will need your InstallationID number from the computer you wish to activate. It will look like this (example only) 67898-98789-98676-98789, That is the only format it will be in. Not DDLFV or 12345, or U2378987. You can find this on the program under Activate, or InstallationID on the top tool bar. DDLID (example 12345) is the number we assigned when you purchased DDL. If you just purchased DDL, you will will not have a DDLID number yet, you will need to complete the "Payment order number information. Please PRINT and SAVE the email you receive as you will need the DDLID number for support. Other wise you may be required to purchase DDL again. This is a very import email. This applies to all purchases on the internet. This request can take from 12 to 48 hour to receive back.
